Sierra Davis is the Founder of Essential Investment Group, LLC, where she leads note acquisition, loan origination, and asset management operations while setting the overall investment direction for the company. She brings more than 7 years of hands-on experience in real estate note investing, fixed income asset management, and direct lending.
Mrs. Davis is also the Founder of Earn Grow Thrive, LLC, a financial education and coaching platform focused on wealth-building through real estate note investment. Through this venture, she has reached over 500 students via her signature course, provided personalized one-on-one coaching, and shared her expertise as a speaker at entrepreneurial workshops and leadership events across the country.
